Our CPCS business is growing, and we are looking for leadership-grade individuals to join our Management team. This position is new and we are looking for a long-term self-motivated employee who enjoys a challenge and can become a vital member our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Development Areas
q Manage new product development under the guidance of the Product Manager
q Serve as Management contact for customers, developers and service vendors
q Develop project plan, WBS. Manage the day-to-day progress to plan
q Prepare service vendor RFQs, SOWs; select vendors and negotiate contracts
q Coordinate customer management reviews for product development
Company Internal Areas
q Present project reviews to senior management
q Lead Program Management process development activities for Dukes
Experience and Skills:
q Experience managing 3rd party engineering service relationships is required
q Experience leading software development teams preferred
q Experience working in small product development companies preferred
q Experience working directly with customers is preferred
q Background in Commercial or General Aviation product development preferred
Qualifications:
q Minimum BS degree with 5 years management experience required
q Demonstrated effective organization skills required
q Effective leadership and execution in past employment roles is required
General:
q Comfortable working independently, with minimal staff support is required
q Demonstrated flexibility and adaptable leadership style preferred
q Excellent communication skills preferred
q Estimate 15% - 25% travel
