Dukes, Inc. offers a variety of cabin pressure control systems suitable for kit planes to the latest executive twin jets. These systems, comprised of two outflow valves and a controller, feature:

• Light weight, all metal valve construction.
• Hands-off oriented architecture allowing the systems to remain operational    even in the event of electrical failure ensuring the aircraft's safety.
• A variety of controllers ranging from simple analog control to a sophisticated integrated # autoschedule.
• Mounting and pneumatic interface design custom for your application.

The systems are sized to accommodate flow up to 23 pounds per minute at 2 inches water column pressure drop, sufficient for a variety of executive and military aircraft.


Aftermarket applications can be custom designed and installed using an FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) Program for use on legacy aircraft.

5200-10-1

Autoschedule CPCS system which includes a digital electronic controller with LCD display and a primary and secondary outflow valve. For use in business jets or high performance prop planes.

5440-10-1

Analog CPCS system which includes an analog controller with a dial display and a primary and a secondary outflow valve, for use in small jet aircraft or propeller aircraft.

Autoschedule controller which incorporates digital technology to provide a sophisticated cabin pressure autoschedule to provide the maximum comfort for occupants. It also includes a state-of-the art LCD display.

Primary Outflow Valve which can be controlled by either the digital autoschedule controller or the analog controller as part of a CPCS system. This valve includes separate, pneumatically actuated Delta P and Maximum altitude limiter controls.

Secondary Outflow valve – works in conjunction with a Primary outflow valve to control cabin pressure. This valve includes separate, pneumatically actuated Delta P and Maximum altitude limiter controls.

Analog Controller – will work in conjunction with a primary and secondary outflow valve to provide a CPCS system for smaller, light aircraft.
